Council Meetings

Full meetings of the Council take place eight times a year, including the Annual Council Meeting. All meetings are held in the Council Chamber in the Town Hall. There is a 15 minute period of Public Questions before each meeting of the Council. This is open to anyone wishing to pose questions to elected Members on any issue which affects the town. From 2008, you will be able to view the reports associated with each agenda. Appendices relating to the reports can be viewed at the Town Hall office (off Baines Walk, HP5 1DS. Open Monday to Friday 10 am to 4.30 pm).
