Chesham was granted its market charter in 1257 by King Henry II and is a defining part of the town's heritage. The market is now held twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays and can be found in the High Street from 9 am to 4 pm.
There are a variety of goods on offer, including meat, fish, fruit & veg, clothes, hot food, plants, phone accessories, cards, electronic goods, rugs, jewellery, birdfood and fabrics.
