Chesham Town Council

Service Reviews

The council regularly reviews the performance of its services, from the cemetery to the Elgiva, to ensure good standards of service provision. Reviews are undertaken by panels consisting of councillors, officers, service users and external experts. Reviews establish the current service provision and the level of customer satisfaction, comparisons are made with similar facilities run by other bodies and improvement measures are considered.

At the Performance Review Committee meeting of the 25th January 2010, the Committee agreed that the next service to be reviewed will be the Parks and Premises Department.
