The 300 seat (or 400 standing) Elgiva theatre provides a varied and popular range of entertainment, including professional and amateur theatre productions, cinema, music and dance, one night shows and a traditional festive pantomime. The venue can also be hired for exhibitions and events.

This intimate theatre seating 90 is owned by the town council and leased by the Little Theatre Trustees. Home to the Chesham Bois Catholic Players, it is host to other local theatre companies and a number of exercise and dance classes are also held at the venue.
