Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Disproportionate burden
Our site contains a large number of PDFs, such as council and committee meeting agenda, reports and minutes. We've assessed the amount of time to recreate each PDF in an accessible format, and for our small workforce, this would consist of a disproportionate burden to meet the deadline of the 23 September 2020. However, we are committed to converting all documents newer than 23 September 2018 to an accessible format as soon as we reasonably can, and any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and other documents: The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they’re not essential to providing our services. For example, we do not plan to fix Council agenda, reports and minutes older than 23 September 2018. Please do contact us, using the contact details above if you would like to access these documents in an alternative format.
Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish will meet accessibility standards.
