The Elgiva aims to be at the heart of the local community which means we require a creative and motivated individual to lead our community engagement programme.
This is a new post, responsible for the development of a programme of activities and events with the aim of raising awareness and participation in the creative arts.
The successful candidate will ideally be an excellent communicator and organiser, able to work to deadlines. Experience in organising and delivering arts activities for all sections of the community but especially with young people or families. A proven track record in securing project funding would also be an advantage. The appointment will be subject to a DBS check.
