Four new, free walking leaflets are available to download and in print, thanks to the efforts of Chesham Walkers Are Welcome. They are all 'Station to Station' routes to enable people easy access to our local countryside and history. The new leaflets cover 'Little Chalfont to Chesham', 'Chorleywood to Chesham', 'Great Missenden to Chesham' and 'Amersham to Chesham'.
The routes are from 4.5 to 8.5 miles in length and feature historical sites and landscape features including Chenies Manor, the Rivers Chess and Misbourne, Cowcroft Wood and Nature Reserve, the 12th Century Redding Wick Moat and the memorial to the 16th Century Amersham martyrs.
The leaflets can be downloaded from this web site and printed copies are available from the Town Hall and Chesham Library.
