Chesham Connect, in partnership with Chesham Town Council, are excited to announce that, following the huge success of the first Hats Off Chesham!, their second festival will be bigger, longer, and even more full of fun.

The Chair of Chesham Connect, Michael Rowan, said, ‘We had such amazing support from the Chesham Community last year, how could we not do it again?’

And to help make the event and activities free for all, Chesham Connect are delighted to welcome Lennons Solicitors and Potter and Ford as joint headline sponsors.

Hats Off Chesham! will take place this year on July 9th and will extend all the way along the High Street from Market Square to The Broadway, and into some of the adjacent yards. There will be live music, stalls, a bouncy castle and a climbing wall, street entertainers and much more.

Chesham Connect hope that everyone will get into the spirit of the day by wearing a hat, the more unusual or comical the better, but the main thing is to take part.

Hats Off Chesham! sprang from Chesham Connect’s High Street Strategy and aims to provide a day of entertainment whilst showing off what Chesham High Street has to offer, both to the people of Chesham and surrounding villages, and visitors from further afield.

Cllr Jane Macbean said ‘This is definitely one date to put in the calendar, and we are pleased to be working in partnership once again with Chesham Connect, on what promises to be another great day packed with fun.’

Andrew King, Managing Director at Lennons Solicitors, said 'We are delighted to be joint headline sponsors with Potter and Ford. Lennons Solicitors has had a presence in Chesham for almost 40 years and we saw this as an ideal opportunity to support the local community on what I am sure will be a highly successful and fun filled event.'

Robert Lees Director at Potter and Ford, said 'After a very tough few years with the pandemic, we are so excited to support this fantastic event alongside Lennons Solicitors, another longstanding, hardworking local company.'
