We’re working on both small and large projects to make environmental improvements, from changing our drinking water supply from bottled water to tap water, to the installation of solar panels at Chesham Moor Gym & Swim. 

We have declared a Climate Emergency and are working towards making the council carbon neutral. 

We are a member of Chesham Water Group and lead on a Chesham based river conservation partnership called Impress the Chess which encourages water conservation; find out more about this on our Water Wasters page. 

We manage a number of our open spaces and some of the road verges for wildflowers

We have been tackling invasive species on our land and helping to provide information about Invasive Species in Chesham.
