Fox River Conspiracy are a five piece Rock 'n' Roll / Rockabilly band from Herts. They play a range of covers from the 50's and 60's from artists such as; Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Eddie Cochran, Gene Vincent, Billy Fury etc. They formed in early 2009 and have been gigging and expanding their catalogue of songs ever since!
Taking lead vocals and the occasional strum is Nick Ashman. Originally from West London, Nick's musical interests began when his father purchased a record player from a work colleague which came with a stack of records, the majority of which were Rock-n-Roll. On lead guitar and backing vocals is Roy Knott from Luton, who's interests in music began when he had piano lessons as a young child and also played the bugle in Boys Brigade. Playing rhythm guitar is Ian Graham from Borehamwood, who purchased 'The Beatles - For Sale' album when he was 11 years old and has been hooked ever since! Wayne Page from Chesham plays the double bass for the band. Wayne's interests began when he was 14 when he saw a Jerry Lee Lewis concert live on the TV and ever since then he has been totally hooked on Rock-n-Roll. Finally, Andy Stuff from Hemel Hempstead is the drummer for the band. Andy started out like most drummers, raiding the kitchen cupboards for as many pots and pans as he could find and then proceeding to make as much noise as humanly possible!
