The Council monitors its performance to ensure an improving standard of service that meets with local needs.
Performance is assessed by collecting performance indicator data, which is analysed by the council. Each year, the council publishes a Strategic Annual Plan, which provides our strategic aims and projects for the forthcoming year, plus indicators of our performance in each area.
The document also describes the major projects undertaken by the council in the previous year and outlines projects for the coming year. The plan also provides a breakdown of the Town Council component of your Council Tax.
